Before anything else, get your Red Rock CINC portal account set up. This is where all official HOA business happens — paying monthly dues, submitting maintenance requests, accessing community documents, and reaching the board. Everything goes through the portal, so you want to be in it before your first due date.

Contact Red Rock Management to activate your account

Red Rock Management sets up your CINC portal account once your ownership is confirmed. Reach out to them with your unit address and closing date — they'll get you in.

Open parking throughout the community. No assigned spaces — first come, first served. Parking is plentiful for residents and guests.
Pool

Pets are welcome at Franciscan Terrace. For current pet guidelines — including any breed or weight restrictions — contact Red Rock Management.
Greenway Access
Franciscan Terrace has a private, keyed gate providing resident-only access to the Little Sugar Creek Greenway. Access details are provided through Red Rock Management.
Laundry
A shared laundry room is available beneath the clubhouse. Some units also have in-unit washer/dryer connections — check your unit's setup when you move in.

Both Google Fiber and Spectrum are available at Franciscan Terrace — you're not limited to one provider. Set up your service independently by contacting the provider of your choice directly.
