Your First 30 Days
Everything you need to get set up, get oriented, and get comfortable in your new home.
Set Up Your Resident Portal
Before anything else, get your Red Rock CINC portal account set up. This is where all official HOA business happens — paying monthly dues, submitting maintenance requests, accessing community documents, and reaching the board. Everything goes through the portal, so you want to be in it before your first due date.
Red Rock Management sets up your CINC portal account once your ownership is confirmed. Reach out to them with your unit address and closing date — they'll get you in.
Once your account is active, you can log in anytime at gowithredrock.cincwebaxis.com. This is the portal you'll use throughout your time at Franciscan Terrace.

Contact your preferred provider to check availability for your unit and schedule installation. The HOA does not manage internet service — this is your setup to arrange directly.
